30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on most items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical parts that have been installed
- Custom or special-order parts
- Clearance/final sale items
- Fluids, oils, or chemicals (opened)
- Safety equipment that has been used
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email info@recreationalparts.com with your order number and reason for return
- Get Authorization: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and include the RMA number on the package
- Refund Processed: Once received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
Exchanges
If you need a different part, we'll gladly exchange it. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
